Grab a hammer and let it out as you smash old dishes and create a gorgeous mosaic flower pot to grace your home or garden. This workshop includes a follow up date of Sat, June 19th to let the grout dry and seal. No experience required. Kids 12 and older welcome. Bring a rag towel & a lunch to eat!

Not only does Elizabeth Thomas like to SMASH things, she is an educator who teaches creative writing for all ages. UpWords Poetry, is an organization dedicated to programs for young writers. Her work has been widely published, including with Connecticut River Review and Antrim House Books, including a memoir about elderly caregiving entitled Here is a Kiss.
